As all my jewellery is handmade to order, please allow up to 6 weeks for the production of your item/s and additional time to post your item/s to you.

I send all items securely via Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail will notify you by email with your tracking number.

UK: Next Day (once the order is complete and dispatched) via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Free delivery for orders over £300. £8 delivery fee for orders under £300.

International: 5-10 Business Days (once the order is complete and dispatched) Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. £30 delivery fee applies to all international orders.

Unfortunately, international orders are subject to customs checks which can cause delays on some occasions. This is entirely out of my control and I apologise if such a delay affects the delivery of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Items purchased outside of the EU will receive a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.
